• The Client acknowledges the following information regarding the life coaching services provided:
• The Client is 100% responsible for their own: ideas, choices, decisions, actions, goals, and results.
• The Client is solely responsible regarding the utilization of any information discussed.
• The Client is not guaranteed to achieve any specific results or goals discussed.

LIMITED LIABILITY:

• The Client acknowledges the following information regarding the life coaching services provided:
• The Life Coach and the Company are not and will not be, liable or responsible for any: actions/inactions, direct/indirect results, outcomes, etc.
• The Life Coach and the Company make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to the coaching services agreed upon and provided.
• The entire liability of the Life Coach and the Company shall be limited to the full amount paid by the Client for all coaching services provided.

CONTRACT TERMINATION:

• The Client has the right to discontinue coaching services, and terminate the coaching contract by providing a notice in writing, within 30 days.

REFUND POLICY:

• STAR LIFE 101 L.L.C. offers a 100% money-back guarantee for all clients, within 30 days. If the Client is not fully satisfied with the life coaching services provided, they may request a refund in writing, within 30 days.

GOVERNING LAW:

• This website and coaching contract shall be governed by and construed, in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
